We do not sell your information. We do not rent, trade or share it with advertisers. We do not send marketing email to people who only came here to read.
We use third parties to run the business: website hosting, email, scheduling, analytics and payment processing. They only receive what they need to provide their service and are not permitted to use it for anything else. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
If you give us your mobile number and agree to be contacted by text, we may text you about your enquiry or project. Reply STOP at any time and it stops immediately. Message and data rates may apply. We do not share mobile numbers or consent with third parties for their own marketing.
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within two years. Client records are kept for the life of the relationship and for as long afterwards as tax and contract law requires.
Email us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights, including the right to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of, but you are welcome to confirm that with us.
This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
We use encryption in transit, access controls and reputable providers. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you promptly if something happens that affects your information.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
