Most CRMs hand you their boxes and expect your business to fit inside them, so half the follow-up never happens. We build yours around the way you already work, then it does the chasing.
Free 20-minute call · No pitch · No obligation
Not a brochure. Each one opens into the real problems in that business, how the system solves them, and every field it tracks.
Thirty more trades we have scoped systems for. Open any one to see the problems we solve in it. Search yours, or tell us on the call if it is not listed.
Not on the list. That is normal, and it is not a problem. Tell us the six things you write down about a customer and we will build from there.
Every gap on that calendar is a haircut, an appointment, a job or a closing that somebody else did instead. This is the part of the system that exists to fill them.
One side reaches out in your name. The other keeps score on everyone doing the reaching.
Your number, your domain, your name on it. Nothing they receive looks like it came from software.
The side your customers never see, where you find out what actually happened this month.
Four areas, none of which you have to scroll past to reach the next thing.
Nothing you hand a client should look like it came from a vendor. It all carries your name, and if you do not have a brand yet, that is part of the build.
No brand yet? We build it. Logo, color palette, type, business cards and the site it all lives on, designed before a line of the system gets written. You leave with an identity, not just software.
Most businesses run on five or six tools that have never met each other. The website does not know the CRM. The CRM does not know the calendar. The calendar has never heard of payroll. Nothing tells you anything until somebody exports all of it into a spreadsheet on a Sunday night. We pull whatever you use into one system where every piece knows about the others, and build whatever is missing.
One system. Sales, integrated.
You do not have to rip anything out to start. Whatever your team already lives in gets connected and keeps working, except now it talks to everything else. Over time most people switch pieces over because they want to, not because we made them.
Open API and webhooks, so if a tool is not on this list we connect to it anyway.
Not what our software costs. What doing nothing costs. Move the sliders to your own numbers. The math is shown, so you can argue with it.
Admin hours costed at $30 an hour. Repeat business valued at 60% of a first sale. These are your numbers, not ours. If the total looks wrong, move the sliders until it is right. Most people move it up. Worth remembering you already paid for those leads, and the leak grows as you do.
Services start at $250, and every build is quoted after a twenty-minute call, because a one-chair barbershop and a thirty-agent brokerage are not the same job. Whatever the number above says, this costs a fraction of it.
Nothing here is a template you get squeezed into. Whatever feature or idea you describe, our engineers build it. If it does not exist yet, that is not a reason it cannot be in your system.
One build, one price, agreed before anything starts. No hourly billing and no change orders for things we should have asked about.
Built by engineers, not assembled from a template · Quoted in writing first
You don't approve a mockup and hope. You get a working system loaded with your own customers, and you use it. If it isn't right, we change it. And if you decide it isn't for you at that point, you walk away and owe nothing further.
It depends on how much gets built, so we price after the scoping call rather than guessing here. There's a one-time build cost and a monthly hosting and support cost. You'll have both in writing before you agree to anything.
We move it. Spreadsheets, an old CRM, a notebook. We map your columns to the new fields, remove duplicates, and load it. Anything that doesn't fit cleanly we show you rather than dropping it quietly.
Fields, stages, dropdown options, and automation rules are yours to change without a support ticket. Bigger work, like a new module or a new integration, is quoted separately, and we tell you which bucket a request falls into before you commit.
A typical website-and-CRM build runs weeks, not months, and you'll be working in it before it's finished. What stretches it is connecting to software you already run. You'll get a date on the first call and know what could move it.
Your data is yours and you can export all of it any time, in a format you can use. The software is hosted and maintained by us, which is what keeps it secure and updated. If you leave, you leave with everything you put in.
For scheduling, intake, recall, referrals, and billing follow-up, yes. It is not a certified electronic health record and shouldn't hold clinical charts. Say so on the first call and we'll map what stays in your practice software and what moves over.3
Yes, and we handle carrier registration to get you sending. Automated marketing texts to a cell phone generally require written permission first, so consent capture is built into your forms and opt-outs are honored automatically. That's a starting point rather than legal protection. Your industry may add rules on top, so have your attorney review the plan before sending at volume.
Twenty minutes. You walk us through one real customer, start to finish. We tell you what we'd build, what it would cost, and how long it takes. If it's not worth it for you, we'll say so on the call.
Twenty minutes. Tell us a little now so we do not spend the call on basics.
Your details are in. We will come back to you the same business day at the address you gave us, and we will suggest a couple of times for the call.
Half of what we build is the site your customers see. The other half is the boring infrastructure that keeps it up, secure and findable, which is the part most people get stuck on.
One person needs a customer list. Thirty need a hierarchy, a scoreboard, and a way to see who is working and who is coasting before the month closes. Barbershop with four locations, agency with five team leads, landscaping company with six crews. Same problem.
Numbers update live off the work itself. Nobody waits for a Monday spreadsheet to find out where they stand, and nobody argues about the figure because it came off their own records.
Published under your name and your icon. Your team downloads it like any other app. Your clients can have one too if you want them to.
The people who need this most are rarely at a desk. Agents are in a driveway, barbers are between clients, techs are on a roof.
Published to both stores under your business account. We handle submission and review.5
You won't need all of it on day one. Turn on what matters, leave the rest off, add more as you grow.
If your team already lives in another tool, we connect to it instead of forcing a switch.
Not listed? We build to an open API and webhooks, so most software can be connected. Ask on the call.
